Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Room Attendants have adequate supplies of clean linen each day.
  • Work with Room Attendants to ensure that rubbish and dirty linen are removed regularly.
  • Deliver irons, ironing boards, vases, bed boards and extra beds to guest's rooms.
  • Prepare equipment and cleaning materials for work loads.
  • Clean and tidy all housekeeping store rooms.
  • Ensure that all requests and enquires are actioned promptly
  • Cleaning rooms to an excellent standard when required
  • Ensure guest comfort at all times
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in housekeeping within luxury hotels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • High standards of presentation both within yourself and your work
  • Ability to work on your own as well as be part of a team
  • Relevant degree in hospitality
