About the role

Kingsgate Paihia is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join their team in an exciting part time role in their vibrant restaurant, working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all daily food and beverage is organized, served and set up correctly in the Restaurant

• Training and developing staff
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Ensuring smooth running of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
• Serving guests both promptly and professionally
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends

• Previous experience within a similar role
