Reservations Manager - Full Time

The role of Reservations Manager requires a talented individual who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to professionally supervise the reservations' department, whilst actively promoting the hotels' services at the same time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with internal and external clients
  • Identify opportunities to ensure revenue is maximised via multiple booking channels
  • Ensure revenue strategies for the hotel are optimised leading to yield and occupancy maximisation
  • Prepare and update various key revenue and tracking reports
  • Conduct site inspections with clients
  • Assist in Front Office operations, including undertaking Duty Manager shifts

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent Communication and customer services skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Opera PMS experience is essential
