Do you need experience?

Yes, this is a key role so youu will need at least 1 year of management/supervisory experience in a 4+ starred hotel. Proven experience in functions and events will be an advantage. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and can demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.

You are looking for a role where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will experience with stock management and rostering.
