You understand the complexity of event coordination and have experience in food, beverage and/or banqueting, ideally within a hotel environment. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.
Key to your success will be your ability to support the Conference Manager to promote the hotel's meeting facilities and build a solid client base. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to liaise between the wider hotel team and guests to ensure each event is seamless, whilst calmly resolving any issues.
It is highly advantageous if you are familiar with Opera and per the nature of the events industry, you must be flexible for evening/weekend shifts as necessary to assist with specific events.
