We are seeking a full time Revenue Manager to join our Revenue team in our Auckland Corporate Office.

About the Role
We are looking to appoint a talented professional who is excited about driving our strategic revenue management initiatives across the business. The primary objective of this role is to maximise revenue opportunities and drive revenue growth for a cluster of hotels. Based in Auckland and reporting to the Director of Revenue and Distribution, you will work closely with hotel based Reservation Managers and General Managers throughout New Zealand.
Do you need experience?
Yes, this is a key role that requires a strong understanding of hotels and revenue management. Prior experience of at least 2 years as a Revenue Manager is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach and be able to balance the different needs of key stakeholders. You will have the ability to understand the long term objectives of the organisation and drive said objectives through revenue management strategies. You will be able to represent the organisation to key customers and suppliers in a professional manner, and provide a thorough understanding of the hospitality environment when it comes to forecasting. Finally, you will need to be a credible leader who can be looked to for guidance and solutions.
