Reservations Manager (Ref: ACT)

You know how to create the best guest experience and your passion to deliver that drives you and your team every day. You pride yourself on your precision and accuracy and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience. Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is preferred. An understanding of Opera PMS would be advantageous. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
Key to your success will be your ability to identify opportunities to ensure revenue is maximised via multiple booking channels and revenue strategies for the hotel are optimised for yield and occupancy maximisation. Your head for business is complemented by your people skills, as you will also be communicating daily with internal and external clients, conducting site inspections and helping on the front desk. You understand the importance of revenue and tracking reports and are confident to prepare and present them.
