Receptionist (Ref: ACT)

In this role you will check guests in an out, allocate rooms, promote hotel facilities and handle daily cashiering. Resolving billing queries and guest complaints is also part of the job, so we are looking for someone with poise who can remain professional under pressure. We have a part time 32hours per week role available and some weekend/evening shifts will be required.
If you have worked in a 4+ star hotel front desk role before and know Opera, that would be a distinct advantage. However, we will welcome your application if you have other reception experience and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment. It's important you are fluent in English and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience.
