We are Millennium Hotels, one of New Zealand's largest hotel operators and part of an expanding international network of hotels. We are set to bounce back as travellers get on the move again, so the Kingsgate Hotel Te Anau need a vibrant and sophisticated Chefs with the skills and personality to make it happen. Do you need experience? Yes, this is a key role! You will be confident in menu development and also have the ability to train others. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and love dazzling with your creativity. Experience with buffet and a la carte is required. You will have an understanding of the hotel industry and enjoy working as part of a small passionate team in the Te Anau property.
