Do you need experience?
If you have worked in a front of house hotel role before, that would be a distinct advantage. However, we will welcome your application if you have other customer service experience and believe you have what it takes to create an outstanding guest moment. It's important you are fluent in English, impeccably presented and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy efficiently managing their experience. A Full, clean New Zealand drivers License is requried for this position.
In this role, you will be a smiling face at check in and departure as you valet guest vehicles, assist with luggage and attend to various requests. You must also be prepared to assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Hotel's public areas and support the bar or lounge staff if required. You will need to be physically capable of loading luggage in and out of vehicles and flexible for day, night and weekend shifts. This is a Part Time role working a minimum 25 hours per week.
