Copthorne Hotel Oriental Bay is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to step into and help lead their fantastic team.

Do you need experience?

Yes, this is a key role so you need at least 1 year in Hotel F&B . Proven experience in functions and events will be an advantage. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends and can demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.

You are looking for a role where you can bring your creativity to work and inspire a team. A solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue and cost control systems will set you in good stead, as will experience with stock management and rostering. This full time role is for 40 hours per week.
