Do you need experience?

Ideally you have worked front of house in a hotel before, however we offer excellent training for the hospitality professionals of the future, so experience is not essential. You are flexible with hours, enjoy working nights and pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly (in English) at all levels. You are looking for a role where comfort, safety guest and security is paramount and you are respected for your high standards.

In this role, you will ensure a positive guest experience by being on hand to deal with enquiries through the night, explain the hotel facilities and anticipate guest needs. Other responsibilities include hotel cleaning, delivery of room service orders and assisting where required. You will need a good level of strength and fitness to assist guests with their luggage.
