Are you a quick learner and experienced in using ‘Opera' software? If so, this could be the role for you! M Social is looking for an experienced and committed person to join our Reservations team. This position requires someone with enthusiasm and initiative to deliver exceptional service and perform the duties of the role with precision and accuracy.

Do you need experience?

Yes, this is a specialist role and would require you to have previous experience within a hotel front office or reservations team. You will be responsible for responding to guest reservation requests and communication. You will also be dealing with internal and external client needs as they arrive. Being familiar with third party reservation sites and update any bookings that arrive through accordingly. Being able to understand and enforce credit card polices and enforcing billing instructions is also a part of your responsibilities. This is a full time role - open to being part time.
