Induction, Training & Development
When you are employed by us we want to make sure you settle in well during your first few weeks. You will go through a comprehensive induction programme, which will include some online training, a tour of the hotel, and meeting other employees. You will get to know how we like to work, what policies and procedures we have in place and everything else that will ensure success in your new job.
During your career with us we want you to grow, develop and be challenged to be the very best you can be. To help you we provide on the job training and online and classroom style training throughout your career with us.
There are numerous opportunities for transfers, promotions and other career opportunities within the business to build on your career. We have many employees who have started their hospitality career with us and have worked their way up into senior management positions with us.
